Vigipirate measures
Under the Vigipirate measures for the prevention of attack risk, suitcases, including cabin cases, and large bags are prohibited in the museum and the lockers. Bags that do not exceed the maximal size (30 cms x 30 cms x 40 cms) are allowed after checking only.
The security service of the museum could make any arrangement it will consider as useful without any preliminary information.

Comfort of visit

Free cloakrooms are at the visitors’ disposal to deposit any heavy, cumbersome or prohibited object in galleries (backpacks, umbrellas, etc.).

As baby carriers are not allowed in the galleries, the museum can lend you pushchairs (on prior booking).

The entire museum, including toilets, is fully accessible to wheelchairs. You can borrow one from the museum on prior booking.

To ensure the safety of exhibits, food and drink cannot be brought into the museum.

Service dogs are welcome.
