1. Purchase from the online shop

Each of our e-newsletters contains a link to update your subscription preferences and a link to unsubscribe from the e-newsletter.

The saved data is kept for use by the communication department, and may be disclosed to subcontractors.

Collected personal data is kept for 3 years from the last connection.

3. Sending a message via the contact form

When you send a message via our site’s contact form, the disclosed personal data as well as the message itself is sent to the email inbox of a member of museum staff, depending on the content of the message. 

Saved data is kept for use by the visitor department, the communication department and the administration department.

It is also stored on the website for a maximum of 24 months from the last exchange.

Collected data will not be transferred between countries. 

4. Use of cookies
