It is in the heart of the museum’s garden, located in the historic village of Claude Monet, that the Oscar restaurant welcomes you. Entitled “Oscar” in reference to the full name of painter Oscar-Claude Monet, the restaurant allows you to broaden your experience through total immersion in the heart of Norman gastronomy.

Chef David Gallienne, passionate ambassador of his region, at the helm of the Jardin des Plumes (1 star in the Michelin Guide, 3 Toques and 15/20 in Gault&Millau) for three years now, and its rooms of character bucolic, Ô Plum’Art, allows you to enjoy new culinary offerings from this high spot of Impressionism. As a natural extension of the museum, Oscar intends to offer a complete culinary experience in an inspiring artistic setting, showcasing the creativity that characterized the Impressionist movement.

We intend to create different gastronomic experiences for everyone!
From savory to sweet, with mixology and art of entertaining “à la Française”: a palette that will reflect the creative spirit of the Impressionist movement and the cultural atmosphere of the museum. Oscar will be a festive place, also punctuated by evening events for locals.
